Aplastic Anemia

- Definition : Its problem in Bone marrow become production not enough Plasma cell ( White blood cell , Red blood cell , Platelet ) .

- happen: suddenly , in any age .

- Sign symptoms :

• Fatigue . 
• high risk inflammation . 
• bleeding . 
• Pallor.

-Diagnosis: CBC ( complete blood count ) .
Full Chemistry ( LDH , Kidney function , Liver function , Bilirubin ) and Other laboratory test .

- Pharmacotherapy :

• Immunosuppressive agents example (cyclosporine, methylprednisolone, equine antithymocyte globulin, rabbit antithymocyte globulin, cyclophosphamide, alemtuzumab) . 
• Hematopoietic growth factors example ( eltrombopag, sargramostim, filgrastim) . 
• Antimetabolite example (purine) antineoplastic agents ( fludarabine). 
• Chelating agents example ( deferoxamine, deferasirox) .

- Non Pharmacotherapy :

• Supportive care . 
• Blood transfusions . 
• Hematopoietic cell transplantation .
